Some bread with your beer or vice versa



The baking blog, Baking Bites, has a delicious recipe combining beer, fruit, and bread dough to make Apricot Beer Bread. The recipe specifies Pyramid's Apricot Hefeweizen, one of my favorite brews. (The photograph was taken of a computer screen at an ING Direct Cafe in Philadelphia.)
